It is a local company with an international spirit, located in Central Italy, specifically in Sansepolcro (Arezzo), but ready to reach every corner of the country and Europe to bring its art, energy, and idea of luxury bar catering.

about us
Introducing Ourselves
Matteo discovered the art of bartending during his first bartender course while still attending the Vocational Institute. And it was at that moment that he felt the unique thrill of working behind the bar: the rhythm of the music, the energy of the venue, the scents of freshly cut fruit, and the magic of preparing a cocktail.
From there, his desire to deepen his training led him to attend professional courses to refine his technique, eventually gaining work experience abroad where he learned the international traditions of the industry.
At just 20 years old, he became an AIBES member (Italian Association of Bartenders and Supporters) and participated in the AIBES National Bartender Championship.
Gianmarco grew up with a strong passion for the world of bars and mixology. After studying at the Hotel Management School, he moved to Barcelona to attend the EBS (European Bartender School).
Over the years, his desire to improve led him to participate in advanced courses with the most renowned experts in the field. At the same time, he delved into other crucial aspects of the job, such as the art of decoration, the use of ice, and beverage management, by attending numerous specialized courses by FIB (Italian Bartenders Federation).
With a passion for passing on his knowledge to new generations, he dedicates himself to teaching as an external instructor in schools.
